I am a certified holistic women’s health coach. I help women with hormonal imbalances. If you have period problems, weight issues and fatigue, I help you go from having low self-esteem, fatigue, and lack of motivation, to feeling energetic and confident with the spark back in your life. I also provide pregnant women with support, education, and motivation throughout their pregnancy.
My aim is to help you achieve the best diet and lifestyle in pregnancy so that you can give yourself and your unborn child the best start. A confident, healthy, motivated mum. My clients are aged 30 or 50, beyond and in between. I have worked as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for nearly 20 years, before giving up clinical practise in 2020 because of health reasons.
I introspected and realized that although my diet wasn’t bad, I had hardly any time or energy to exercise and my stress levels were sky high. I had completely lost my work-life balance with a fast-paced job and my role as a wife and mother. I slowed down and started adopting a healthier lifestyle.
Being a lifelong learner, I enrolled in the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and trained as a health coach. Applying the basic principles of good living – diet, exercise, sleep, and relaxation has worked wonders in my own health. I have managed to reverse type 2 diabetes that I developed in 2020.
I am passionate about teaching others the roadmap to good health. It’s not rocket science. It’s just going back to basics. It’s unbelievably simple. As your health coach, I draw upon my years of experience as a hospital doctor, my questioning and motivating skills to take you on a journey of self-discovery. I look forward to educating, guiding, and encouraging you to set realistic health goals, holding your hand and keeping you accountable.

I call my coaching “restoring balance”. Our body is innately designed to keep body processes in balance. You, in the driver’s seat, make the decisions with my help and expertise. Together, we figure out how best to implement goals to achieve gradual sustainable change. No crash diets or strict gym routines. We learn how to balance - self- care, with caring for those around us, time management, balance hormones, diet, and exercise, so that you reach a state of optimal health and well-being. You learn and implement good practises and skills, that you can then impart to your near and dear ones.
